Soung Santepheap, known as Sunny, directs our Cambodian organisation. Sunny founded the charity in 2001 and has inspired & motivated its development ever since. Sunny is an unpaid volunteer.

Karen Butler has been in charge of daily operations in Cambodia since joining us in 2002. Formerly a director of sales & marketing in the 5 star hotel industry, Karen has made a life-changing switch and works unpaid for KaisKids.

Lesley Harwood is a UK registered Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor. Lesley advises on child care and protection & has been a frequent visitor to KaisKids since early 2005.

Janet Murray has been closely involved with KaisKids, since 2005. She has been a senior negotiator, has set up and run a successful, children’s healthy eating company which she sold in 2007. Jane is currently working in Finance. She has two boys aged 13 & 11.

Colin, is sales and marketing manager in an Asian food business & has provided helpful insights into Asian diets. He has extensive volunteer experience as chair of a local Scout group, of a club F&B service and as a children’s rugby coach. Colin has a teenage daughter.
